Chicago officer indicted three years after firing on group of black teens.


On Dec. 22, 2013, Chicago police officer Marco Proano stepped out of his police car, pulled out a gun and opened hearth on a gaggle of black youngsters in a automotive backing away from him.

On Friday, he was indicted for depriving two of these youngsters of their civil rights by way of his use of what the Division of Justice has referred to as "unreasonable force."

In dash-cam video from the capturing obtained by The Chicago Reporter, Proano factors his gun at a automotive and begins capturing inside seconds.
