Jane Goodall says Trump's antics 'remind me of male chimpanzees.


Donald Trump has been referred to as a variety of issues throughout his marketing campaign for the presidency in 2016, however he hadn't been publicly in comparison with a male chimpanzee till earlier this week. 

In an interview with The Atlantic, famend primatologist Jane Goodall stated Trump's "performances" remind her of "male chimpanzees and their dominance rituals."

Author James Fallows compares these dominance rituals to how Trump speaks, writing that his brashness and willingness to make use of dismissive or diminishing nicknames for his rivals (resembling "Little Marco" or "Lyin' Ted") are not unlike a male chimpanzee making an attempt to point out a bunch of different dude chimps he is the boss.  Read more...
